    Very clean, extremely comfortable, came stocked with all house necessities, kayaks and paddle boats were available which made for fun and easy access on the water. House was perfect for relaxing!

    Was told we could arrive at 2 for our room, I understand 4 pm is check in time which we were surprised and happy to hear. Didn’t get in our room till 5pm. Elevator was broke. No updates about our room until it was ready. No one seemed to care. Bartenders in the longboatd bar were great. I have been staying in this property for over 6 years. It seems to continue to fall below the Hilton standard.

    I loved that it was a central location! We rented a bike right next door and the duck bus/boat was right across the street. We went to Pleasure Pier and the beach. Everything was so close!!
