Brilliant stay in unique accommodation, Paulo and Sandra where exceptionally accommodating, transporting us to and from the boat when required. The location is a beautiful peaceful mooring out in the Ria Formosa, a great place to get some peace and quite, and drink some wine in the sun!

Everything. We had been touring for a couple of weeks and stayed in some lovely accommodation but this was the highlight of our trip. Clean, well equipped and cute. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It was different and an experience we won't forget. Many thanks to Alex.

Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Location is very good, close to Pingo Doce supermarket, 5 mins from boats, sea, restaurants. 10 mins walk to Train station. We visited Faro & Tavira. Property has all that you need, the outdoor space is ideal for relaxing & eating.

The property was a huge apartment with everything you need. The location is right in the middle of things, only a few minutes walk to restaurants, grocery store, and the pier where all the ferries and boat tours are based. The hosts were great people, and know a lot about the local history and what there is to do. It really added to our experience of Olhao to stay here. I would definitely book here again. It is about a 10-minute walk to the train and bus station.
This was our third trip to the apartments and it did not disappoint. They are modern and well equipped in a good location for the boats, bars and restaurants.

Great choice of restaurants 5 minutes walk from hotel. Local towns such as Fuseta and Tavira only a short ride away on taxi or train. Islands easily accessible by ferry , water taxi os organised boat trips
Staff friendly and attentive at hotel
Spotless clean functional apartment. Lovely rooftop view close to the promenade and boat ferry. Supermarket 5 minutes away and nice bakery nearby too. Bicyclette cafe good for Breakfast. Train station is 12 minutes walk for nice train ride to Tavira or Faro.
Have stayed many times. The staff are fabulous and the facilities great. Now a new port complex, and a host of small restaurants, minutes from the hotel. Hotel boat trip as good as ever. Rooms spacious and luxurious.
