Absolutely brilliant trip, so comfortable and convenient. The staff were fantastic, the boat was always clean. Comfortable trip and the food was SO good in the buffet!
Hotel was easy to check in and out and staff always on hand to help if needed. Location was perfect - close to both the bus and train stations, main shopping areas and also the harbour for nice walks and boat trips. Room was small but very comfortable and clean. Bed was lovely and comfy and bathroom was quite spacious. Hotel bar had a really nice atmosphere. Lots of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.
Helpful staff who let us leave our luggage for free when we arrived before check in, and kept it for us after check out.
Great location, really convenient for tram, train, bus and boat
We loved this hotel the food and the warm welcome. It’s a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of the city so very handy a short walk to the sea. We did Viking 3D experience and a boat trip plus the Christmas market was on but to be honest that wasn’t great. We loved the breakfast at the hotel and we ate dinner there one night. Oslo is expensive but we knew that. And this hotel is great value for money.
Great location just next to the main train station. You can find all kind of transportations within walk distance (train, tram, bus, boat). Of course, you can easily find all sorts of shops and restaurants nearby. 24/7 pharmacy is as well located just across the street. All the staffs are absolutely nice and helpful. Wonderful breakfast with wide range of options.
I don't think there is any other hotel in Europe or for that matter anywhere else in the world that serves caviar at the breakfast buffet..my favourite pickled herring was also available and the organic butter was so tasty!

Location is 5 star next to Parliament and Karl Johann shopping street and near to the jetty for a quick fjord boat tour...
Maya apartments are very nice with modern equipment to all rooms, very close to all means of transportation (train, metro, tram), to Oslo centre, close to the port for taking the tour boat for Oslo fjord. The staff is excellent, very kind and willing to explain and question via booking app, telephone and email. There was no TV but this is not a problem, as there is WiFi in the apartment. For sure, we will select Maya apartments when we will visit Oslo again.
Excellent location. You can explore all the relevant landmarks on foot. Very convenient to catch train, bus, boat, shopping, museums... Great staff try to help with a smile, despite late check-in, quick communication.
The location of the hotel is perfect - it is near the railway station, while is really very close to the central square of the city. There are numerous bars and restaurant nearby and the pier from where the boats to the islands in the Oslofjord leave is very close to the hotel, as well. The breakfast was marvelous and the staff was very polite and helpful. The room was big, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The location was great, the apartment was roomy and light. The washing machine was really helpful after a week on a boat.
