Very difficult to actually convey how exemplary and unique this hotel boat is! Location was very good. Just a couple of minutes from Paddington, but felt like you were out of the city. Easy walking access to Regent's Park along the canal. Excellent facilities on the barge itself, particularly for cooking.

Brilliant location. Very friendly and welcoming host met us on arrival and kept in touch throughout the stay. Fresh flowers in the narrow boat was a nice touch. Felt safe & secure with night-time patrols.
Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
The Hotel is an imposing building. Well situated just above the river with an easy walk to the river and into town.
The hotel decor and general appearance is very nice although perhaps a bit dated.
Room was clean and pleasant but just a bit small.
Bed was very comfortable.

Did not have breakfast at hotel as town is a short walk.

I loved the hotel grounds, the park and greenery was beautiful, we rented a boat which was reasonably priced and a lovely experience. The pool was nice and perfect for families and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our waitress Kim went out of her way both mornings to make us feel special. Breakfast was good too.
