    The Hotel is an imposing building. Well situated just above the river with an easy walk to the river and into town. The hotel decor and general appearance is very nice although perhaps a bit dated. Room was clean and pleasant but just a bit small. Bed was very comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Did not have breakfast at hotel as town is a short walk. Can do a riverboat tour down by the river.

    Perfect location for the park. Short drive away from Richmond centre/boat area. Very nice spa. Very clean and comfortable and great exterior and interior. Staff- very friendly and helpful.

    I loved the hotel grounds, the park and greenery was beautiful, we rented a boat which was reasonably priced and a lovely experience. The pool was nice and perfect for families and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our waitress Kim went out of her way both mornings to make us feel special. Breakfast was good too.

    We love the setting by the Thames and the boating is wonderful. The facilities for children are super. The lounges and conservatory and terrace are very lovely and spacious.
