    Didn't book breakfast night b4 so went out for breakfast. Didn't ask about it. Staff were really helpful enjoyed the free swim in the hotel. Nice and clean hotel and swimming facilities. Remembered castlefield Hotel as we had a narrowboat years ago and moored up lower down in castlefield. Knew it was close to everything. Science museum etc. Enjoyed a nice gin and tonic in the bar area when we got there. Staff nice there as well.

    Complete wow factor, managed to keep it a surprise for my wife's birthday, she couldn't believe it when I jumped on the boat. Location was perfect, in the heart of everything but also felt totally safe and alone (obviously normal city noise)

    Warm when the heaters came on. Excellent balcony overlooking the boats on the canal. There was a lovely walk along the river from the property into town. Very comfy beds.. 2 bathrooms and good showers. Be aware that the 3 bed room is also the kitchen/living room. We did not try the TV.

    Hi I am very upset with yourself with this service we booked for a double room when we got there they said there is no double beds available so we said we'd like to cancel both they said no we have one boat there was two of us and we had a three quarter bed this is not what we paid for I would appreciate it if you could look into this as I paid full money and didn't get what I paid for

    The property was not clean at all…. There toilets was dirty … staff are not professional at all…. Do not book this boat at all costs and save your money.
