The boat overnight experience is wonderful!!!
- the boat is beautiful and cozy (even spacious enough for a family with two kids)
- situated right in the port next to the old town of Antibes, with free parking for your vehicle
- thoughtfully equipped (bed linen, towels and toiletries, fridge, ventilator to fight the high temperatures..), WC and shower in the port round the corner
- very nice and helpful owners (speaking French, but online translator will do)

Location perfect and it was wonderful to view sunrise and sunset from the boat. Good air conditioned wash block. The owner is very helpful. I appreciated the sun lounger and cooking essentials (oils, salt, pepper) provided. Much potential.

The breakfast's quality and amount was great, the staff was extremely nice and helpful! Communication was smooth and the location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel staff recommended programs during our stay and we took their advice and visited the most beautiful villa with many gardens (Villa Ephrussi) and went on a boat trip, thanks for the recommendations! Also, a beautiful decoration was waiting for us in our room at arrival which was a really nice gesture.
Excellent location, great hosts and very good facilities in the apartment. We had a great experience. Promenade is walking distance and there are many, many restaurants in the walk. Nice Ville train station is a 7-8 minutes walk, no problem walking from there with luggage. Train can be taken to Monaco and the other train station (don't recollect the name) for boating tours (2nd or 3rd station from Nice Ville). Apartment is super clean and bedrooms and kitchen have everything that you need.

The Host, Olivier, has been the more kind person known via Booking. The flat is in a really central position closer to Place Garibaldi full of Bars, Clubs and Nightlife. Closer to Port of Nice perfect to take boat and visit St.Tropez and Cannes! Great!

Helpful staff allowed me to leave my luggage the morning of my checkin as was going on a boat and awkward with a suitcase.
Small apartment but it had everything we needed. Cute balcony with tropical plants. Lovely place to sit and relax. Good location close to the Port with lots of restaurants. A 15 minute walk around the port or a free passenger boat takes you across to the other side where you can walk to a long stretch of Sandy beach and discover the interesting old town.
