Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
This is a unique and great place to stay to get away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy life. The view from the boat is awesome. As you are on a private pontoon there are no security concerns. Carlos is very friendly and gave us very detailed help on how to operate everything in the boat. It is about 7km flat cycle ride to the town of Villaviciosa so you are not far away from shops if you need them.
What a wonderful way to spend a night! The boat is very functional with a full (but of course small) kitchen/galley. A great place to sit up on top as well as benches inside and the dock itself. Very quiet area. The toilet and shower were very functional (remembering you're on a small boat!). We loved it!
The host greeted us exactly when we said we would be there and explained how to work everything. Perfect experience!

The little boat is simple but more than adequate for a few nights away for those wanting to enjoy the Asturian landscape.

Carlos was a delightful host. He was very personable and described every detail of the boat to us. It was immaculate and the shower was surprisingly comfortable. His son Samuel rented us kayaks the next day and we were able to go paddling.
