Giovanni was so welcoming and friendly. He is an exceptional host. The boat is just what it says on the tin! It is cute, well appointed, on a lovely marina and just perfect for a short stay. I will definately return. The facilities, showers/wash rooms on the marina are well maintained and clean. There is a great cafe, shop, classy restaurant.

Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Alexandra is a great host, always available when needed. the yacht is very nice with enough comfort for a holiday with 6 persons. The harbour is nice, quiet and only 15 minutes from Playa de las Americas
Lovely view of the sea from the apartment and perfect location for my needs as was meeting my daughter who had a boat on the Marina del Sur.
Clean and tidy and really good for two people. Lots of places to eat nearby and a couple of small supermarkets within a few minute walk. Good Wi-Fi and even Netflix. The Lift/elevator to apartment was quick. The garage, situated a short walk away, was a bonus although there is some free parking nearby.
