The rooms in the inn are equipped with a coffee machine. Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries, all rooms at Ballard House Inn have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms have a seating area. At the accommodation the rooms include bed linen and towels. Bernadette was not only an excellent host but also a wonderful person to get to know. We felt at home and would always love to comeback. Also the selfmade breakfast was amaaaaaazing. Beautiful house, beautiful view and a lovely host. Late check in was also not a problem and very easy.
Center Harbor
Housed in an historic Victorian-era home, this Center Harbor B&B features an outdoor pool overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. Upon entering, guests can marvel at the mural in the foyer depicting Center Harbor circa 1865. Lovely big house with lot of charm, decorated with beautiful furnitures. Stayed in the room on the upper floor. Comfy beds, big bathroom, everything you could need was there. Wonderful breakfast ! Thais was a very welcoming hostess. Good location to roam in the area.

Very nice, family owned B&B. The owners are very helpful and everything is there. The location is close to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Very close is also a nice hiking trail and the beautiful nature of NH lakes region. Thank you!

The only things we liked were the small private terrace (on the 2nd floor) just outside our bedroom where we ate our own breakfast every morning and the indoor swimming pool in an annex building which was wonderful.

Great location room was dated but very clean the sofa bed needs to be replaced and a coffee table would make the room more comfortable The doors are made of a light wood and are literally peeling away which gives a poor first impression The view is amazing and the grounds well kept a little attention to detail would make the place a great place to stay
