Select rooms have a spa bath. This is the perfect hotel for a vacation in the Catskills. The rooms are extremely quiet and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located, near golf courses and trout streams. My wife and I caught 14” brook trout in the morning right behind the hotel, then played a round of golf in the afternoon. After dinner at one of the many restaurants in town, we enjoyed chatting with other guests while sitting at the hotel’s bonfire. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and went out of their way to provide extras, including a French press of decaf coffee for me each morning. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 6. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit.

The nearest airport is Stewart International, 36 km from Villa Verde B&B, bsm, Greenwood Lake, NY, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. The location is peaceful, the property is immaculate, looks brand new. We had the downstairs room & it was beautifully decorated with all amenities one could want. The bed is so comfortable, the shower delightful! Breakfast was better than any restaurant brunch with such a beautiful presentation. Eva, the proprietor, was so communicative & accommodating before & when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the Warwick area.

At the accommodation the rooms have bed linen and towels. I loved the rustic charm. The property was very historic and stayed true to the history. There was beautiful artwork on the walls and beautiful antique furniture everywhere, including the rooms. There are no TVs in the rooms which, to me, was what I was looking for. They had board games, a big common table to eat at and a bar run on very informally. I felt like I was visiting family.

At the accommodation the rooms are fitted with bed linen and towels. Everything about the staff, location, property, bar and breakfast were excellent.
