Good food, good air conditioning, many pools and private beach
Location. Private, safe and in residential neighbourhood. Near to Louage station. Check in process smooth - owner will contact and communicate through WhatsApp. Someone from Dar Lilia will meet you and check you in. It is a very reasonable cost for the stay, so do not expect a hotel comfort. Dar Lilia is good enough to have a good night sleep and enjoy Monastir.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a great location. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We really liked the view of the marina.
Great location with Seaview, many restaurants around in walking distance . No direct access to the beach. Very reasonable for the price. Breakfast for the price also alright

We loved this place more than we thought we would so extended our stay by 3 days. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and classy with restaurants and a market close by that even sells alcohol which sometimes is a journey in itself to locate if buying from shops. The apartment is lovely, the views are stunning and you even have a private beach close by. The Louage is close by for travelling to other cities and Monistir is walkable which makes it the perfect base.
