Everything was perfect. Clean and lovely room. Nice and big shower place. Very tasteful and cozy place. The staff is super nice. The only very small downside is that is a bit far off from the city center but I enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere very much.

Cheap and great location! Decent value for a private room
-Lots of social area & free pool table -Excellent free breakfast with tea/coffee and fresh fruits -Able to book lots of excursions at front desk, highly recommend the Asia Scenic cooking class! -The owner is so friendly and accommodating -Excellent communication over booking prior to our stay -Free drinking water!! -Private rooms are separate to dorms and very spacious and quiet Loved our stay so we upgraded our room and booked to come back again!
Beautiful resort, fantastic family room. The garden is so charming and relaxing. The resort is about half an hour drive from the city center. We were with two small kids and used Grab to get there (cheap and easy). There is a big kitchen under the family rooms where you can easily cook, it's very well equipped. All in all a lovely stay!
Quiet location in the old town. Plenty of options for good, cheap food around. Spotlessly clean. Sweet welcoming staff. The balcony was a plus, small but private. Wonderful shower and hot water. If you are looking for authentic, cheap food, we recommend the wooden market. The Khoa Soi was delicious, authentic and only 60 Baht. There is even a genuine massage parlour opposite. I had a 1 hour coconut oil deep massage for 450 Baht.

Amazing value for money, so cheap to stay. Very Clean. Big comfortable bed and spacious room. A Free bottle of water everyday and fresh towels. Netflix on tv. Great location - close to the main area but quiet on a night time. Hot shower with good pressure. Helpful staff and you can book excursions and onward travel within the hotel. Wifi was good.
Good location with cheap price. Don't expect a luxury hotel as you're not investing tons of money but that's totally okay since we only slept 3 nights. It's a good hotel if your intention is to visit the city and travel around during the day. Hotel can find a private taxi who'll drive you anywhere (you have to pay between 1k to 2k5)
Beautifully appointed and decorated teak-house style boutique hotel squeezing every ounce of space from a compact plot. Thoughtfully designed, lush gardens and lots of charming Lanna fixtures and fittings. One massage mix up aside, first class service from all the staff who were polite and efficient throughout. Breakfast was good quality although a little limited in choice. Home made jans were a lovely touch Great location walkable to all main streets in the old town .
Cheap, cheerful and charming. The property was super well located, down a quiet private street and close to the night market. The hosts were super accommodating too - we checked out and left our luggage to go on a day trip but they let us shower and freshen up before our flight.
