Maritza, Saša and Bratsov gave us the VIP treatment. We were welcomed like family, and by the end of our 4 night stay we left with new friends, happy memories and a sadness that we had to go. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. The bed and pillows were the best we’ve have so far. The breakfasts were also delicious and plentiful. There is plenty of room for safe motorbike parking and the proximity to Kopaonik Park is ideal. There is laundry available which is also a super plus! The location is good for getting to the gondola on foot, and there is a nice restaurant very close nearby.

Apartment is located at the very center, it's 5 min.walk to the slopes. Heating was good. Apartment was clean. They allowed me a bit later check out. Host was very approachable and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here, it's much cheaper than hotels in the same area.

The 3rd floor is renovated.The room was looking ok.The bad was comfortable.It's good located.New elevator.
