Fantastic location, breakfast, gym, pool, extremely helpful & friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Everything you could need under one roof. Highly recommend.

Great location! The hotel is on a pretty quiet street, in the heart of the city centre. You can just walk to each of the city historical sights. There are also bus stops, markets and a variety of good restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful and try to do their best to help and comfort their guests. The rooms are very clean and well decorated.
Great location, just a few steps from Krakow Main Square, but also within a walking distance from train/bus station. A lot of restaurants, pubs, shops, cafes just around the corner. Big and quiet room, secure and comfortable with a good shower. Very comfy bed, tea and coffee supplies in the room. Charming building with beautiful staircases and lovely patio/garden. The property is in an amazing condition and cleaning is always at the very best level. All the essentials that you may need during your stay are provided. The apartment in the city centre which makes it a great location. Still Rajska street is quiet and peaceful comparing to other streets in the centre.
Very nice room! Outside the city centre in a quiet area of Zakopane. Private parking place in front of the building as well as a garage. We had a room on the 4th floor with a nice view on the mountains. Very well equipped kitchen.
Very great location. Around 1.2km to city center and 1.3 km to skiing place. Price is very cheap as well. It has a shared kitchen with complete utensils. The receptionist was friendly and informative (gave us a quick background on Zakopane's mountains, recommended good restaurants, and gave us some tips on how to explore Zakopane). He even upgraded us to a room with a balcony (with great view) and a private bathroom.
Staff (Marcin, Iwona, Karolina, Andrzej and Staszek) are kind and professional, always ready to help and give advice. Good and quiet location, close to city center and hiking trails (dolina's) and near bus stops for excursions. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables and tasty pastry. Comfortable rooms with fridge, kettle, tea... and good bed. Lovely spa with great facilities. Supermarket opposite the hotel. I recommend this accomodation, without hesitation. 👍🙂
