Far enough away from Alona etc to be quiet and near enough to go party when I wanted to.

The owner Emma and the family are great. Very helpful with all your questions. Great location, quiet location. Good rooms and bathrooms. We had a shared bathroom and once a private room with bathroom, both very clean. Breakfast is basic but good. They can also help you arrange a tricycle for a good price to anywhere. We came back 3 times what will say enough..

This bed and breakfast provides free private parking and full-day security. The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a traditional restaurant. Great and stylish accommodation! We expected a lot and we've got what we wanted :-) Very quiet, natural environment, close to the river of Loboc. Romantic elevated room on the wooden plateau, open design... private bathroom downstairs - architectonic very unique and pleasant. The food was fantastic! Especially we liked chicken adobo prepared in a very special way! But also other meals and shakes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some information for future guests: the place is about 23 km from the Tagbilaran port or 33 km form the airport of Panglao. There is limited public transport, so what we did - we rented a scooter right at port and drive all the way to the accommodation. That is our recommendation, as the most probable things that one will do around, are: Chocolate Hills view point (33 km), Tarsier visit (16 km), Pangas Falls (27 km)... where the scooter will be the best choice as well.

Best stay in the Philippines! Rooms are nice and clean and are located in a quiet garden. Away from the busy area of Panglao but less than 10 mins walk to Alona beach. What it really made it special for us was the staff and the owners who welcomed us and treated us like family, something that is becoming every day more rare in the Philippines. Not at Mingche! Thank you for all the delicious fresh fruits from the garden and for all your help and the nice chats. Don't miss out on this place.

Great location close to main bars and restaurants, but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep! Shower is one of the best we’ve had in the Philippines. Aircon works a dream. Large double bed. Staff were very helpful; we had two large bags, and asked reception if I could leave them at reception prior to check in so we could travel north in Bohol for two days on a moped, which the obliged to do
The place is wonderful, the villa, its bedroom and bathroom were spacious and top notch from the point of comfort and luxury and the private pool was very lovely. The staff were friendly and sociable, our stay was made even more pleasant by their presence. The Mangrove walk and bar and sunset are beautiful.
The place is really quiet, there are nice places to relax, a kitchen. The beds are comfortable and clean. They offer dinner every Friday, you can eat as much as you want, cheap price and very good food! Also movie night on Saturday.
Beautiful property, comfy bed, great AC and good bathroom. Kitchen facilities are such a bonus. Breakfast at an additional cost but delicious and filling. Mini bar items super cheap! Viv and Mike were very friendly and welcoming, and super helpful. Mike took time to talk us through a route from the accommodation and the chocolate hills and where to stop off along the way etc. Perfect location, very quiet at night but still very close to town and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Easily the best place I stayed in Philippines and I changed my location 6 times. The location was amazing, It is located in a quiet street but very close to busy street of Alona. Everything was fantastic from the time we arrived at the Villa. The villa was really amazing and luxury, very clean, loved the private space. the bathroom was the absolute highlight! You will feel the peaceful and calm. The people who worked at the villas were very friendly. I already recommend to my friends and my family.
