Very welcoming and warm house, you immediatly feel at home. The shower is nice. The hosts are very very nice, we had lots of fun with Chamo and Anita. They helped us a lot and we've had a wonderful time there.

The staff went out of there way to help us with all our needs. The breakfast was very good. When we had to leave early for our tours and could not make the breakfast, the staff packed a snack for us. Also some of the staff spoke English which was a big help for me.

The room was clean and not overly decorated. The amenities went beyond a two star hotel (soap, shampoo and even blow dryer, things that one doesn’t necessarily find together in a three star hotel.)

I've been there for a couple of days the Host and the other guests makes me feel Home and took care of me as didn't feel good for the altitud.
Cozy and clean place just 5 min walking from the main square. Easy to reach by bus from the airport.

Perfect quiet spot in the middle of the city, friendly personel, nice garden and clean rooms with excellent breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.
This is a gorgeous boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. There’s a beautiful view from the terrace where you can grab a drink and watch the volcano Misti as the sun goes down. The restaurant was lovely also. We had an early wake up call and the hotel provided a great breakfast box. The location is slightly out of the city center but this is probably a benefit because it’s very quiet. We had a great stay here and look forward to returning.
Nice picturesque route through the gardens to our room which was nice, private, spacious and quiet. Requests for items to the room arrived in break neck speed it was quite remarkable. They let us in early before check in without a charge.
Pros: 1. The staff is adorable and extremely accommodating. They will do everything in the their power to help you. They are a true pleasure! 2. The hotel is beautiful and the lobby has a lot of character. Very charming. 3. Close to the city center, just a 10-minute walk. 4. It's close to a highway but it was actually calm at night, I slept like a baby.
The hotel is beautiful. It is characterful and charming so if you are looking for modern luxury this might not be the place for you. We absolutely loved it . Bougainvillea and geraniums fill private courtyards and most rooms have a balcony of some sort. The breakfast area is enchanting. In terms of location you can’t do better. It is a short walk to the Place de Armes and the Cathedral and all the local museums.
