He gave us a full tour of the place, which is the entire basement of the house and is fully self-contained with a well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, dining room, and comfortable living room with TV. The house is very close to the gorgeous Atlantic coast, just a few mins drive from some excellent beaches. We only had one night here and wish we had stayed longer.

Location was alright - we knew we were going to be a 10-15 min walk from town. I’m not sure I realized that the rooms each had a private bathroom but opened to a common kitchen area that was shared with multiple other rooms. I think I just looked over this part but it was overall great! Having a washing machine and dryer was a great bonus.
