The spacious bed and breakfast is fitted with a cable flat-screen TV. A private entrance leads guests into the bed and breakfast, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. The property offers quiet street views. The Het Waterhof is located in a very old building, I found out upon arrival and Fred gave a tour and history of the building. The location is in the centre of Leiden and within walking distance of everything you need. Again a booklet has been produced by Fred and Marion with a list of recommended eateries, I attended a few and they were good. The breakfast is continental and extremely good. A very good standard of accommodation with everything you need. I would highly recommend it and will stay here again during my next trip to Leiden if it's available.
Nieuwkoop
A recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Nieuwkoop, B&B De Meije features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space for guests. Host was very welcoming, show us around a place. Nature around is amazing and you can take a e-bike, kayak or sup to explore more. Rooms were very, very clean and they are taking a lot of care about the details. Breakfast was very good and definitely trip there was worth.

The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 14 km from Erasmus University. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Fantastic location, walking distance from very good restaurants and very practical to visit the UNESCO site of Kinderdijk (from the B&B to the Unesco site it is 10 minutes driving). The breakfast was very rich and good. The staff was very kind and answered any question we have raised about how to structure our visit in the surrounding areas. Last but not least free car parking just in front of the B&B.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are very clean and you feel at home. The breakfast is wonderful. We know that we have not seen a better place than this place for a while. Great location, near central station and city Centre, easy walk to the harbour. Room was great, bed felt very private and I really liked the steps going up to the bed instead of a ladder with made the top bunk so much more comfortable. Amazing facilities, best kitchen I've ever used in a hostel, very tidy and clean. free coffee in the morning and free tea all day was a bonus! Lovely seating areas with TV and games.
Lovely little hotel located on the quiet street next to the canal and park. 5min away from train station. Walking distance to city centre, restaurants and shops. 30min to Maritime Museum and river banks. We had a top floor room with a private bathroom and balcony. The room was very clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We absolutely enjoyed the stay.
Great location, hotel is a little gem - it is a small charming historical boutique hotel
A charming small hotel, right at the beach, with interesting design and the ambition of providing "boutique design hotel" experience. I had the cheap "standard" room but it was still nicely furnished with pretty much all I needed, including a coffee machine, bathrobe etc. The room was clean. The restaurant and bar are really excellent (but not cheap). Breakfast was nice too (but make sure you have time for it).
Excellent breakfast, very good and warm service, helpful and attentive (7 am to 11 pm through, which is very rare for such small hotels). Despite the old (and charming) building, everything (heating, warm shower, etc.) works well. I liked the relaxed atmosphere of a small boutique hotel, with however attention to the details. Excellent location : in a calm neighborhood, 10 min walking distance to the beautiful centre of Delft as well as 10 min to the Technical University.
Amazing, very unique, charming fairly new boutique hotel. Super comfortable beds, great shower. Beautiful rooms with views of the canal (we booked a superior room), but also great views from breakfast room/bar. Interior design is just perfect. Hope to come back to this hotel! If you come by car, make sure you book a parking spot (definitely worth the extra charge). All main sites of Delft and the train station are within easy walking distance., but you are in a nice, quiet area.

Conveniently placed in a quiet square in the city center, at walking distance from every possible destination in town, a very comfortable hotel with a charming look, fantastic beds, efficient and nice staff, and blue-eyed girls who make delicious pancakes at breakfast. Not a cheap one, but worth every cent.
