The massages were excellent, we left the spa feeling completely relaxed & zen. we ate breakfast fast at the restaurant, very tasty meals. Staff were very friendly & helped us with booking all our tours.

The water is REALLY hot and the pressure is super (which you don’t often get in México). The family who runs the place is super friendly and you feel at ease. They have a very nice shared area. The wifi is stable and everywhere. It’s a very quite place: our rooms were on the first floor and we didn’t hear a thing at night. Everything is very clean and welcoming!

At the bed and breakfast, the units include a private bathroom. Los Susurros was a fantastic place to stay. The Bungalow is quite large and squeaky clean (and it has a working & clean fridge as well as good Air-conditioning). From the moment we arrived we immediately felt at home, because Adriana treated us more as friends than as guests. She helped us plan our stay, organized an amazing jungle walking tour and prepared simple, yet super tasty breakfasts. A large highlight of the place are the free roaming howler monkeys and the monkey rescue station which is taken care of by the owner. Generally the whole area is a thoughtfully designed garden full of animals (cats, dogs, monkeys, ...). Even though the last stretch of the road is a bit rough, we did not have any problems getting there with our small (non-4WD) rental car. So if you plan on visiting Palenque, we definitely recommend staying here (and definitely listen to Adriana's tips - we loved everything she recommended! E.g. the Roberto Barrios cascadas!!).

I felt like at home. I was allowed to check in much earlier. When I came back to grab my backpack a few hours after check out, I was offered a clean towel and a possibility to take a shower before boarding on a bus. I don't think I have ever seen such client-friendly service anywhere else. WiFi signal is very strong and stable. The surroundings are quiet. The rooms are clean, beds comfy. I totally recommend this place!

At the guest house, all units include bed linen and towels. The mountain views, the location and such comfortable beds, the staff were also super friendly. There was also a fireplace in our room which we didn't use but would have loved to. There was breakfast included - Oats, banana, oranges and sometimes there is granola too, although no milk unfortunately. Free water to refill.

The property is around 300 metres from Santo Domingo Church San Cristobal de las Casas, 700 metres from Central Plaza & Park ,1 km from Del Carmen Arch and 2 blocks from the old market. The accommodation features free WiFi. Esperanza is super super nice and her breakfast amazing. Everything is homemade different everyday day. For this price it's amazing. The guy at the reception give me as well good informations. The dorm is very comfortable, well thinked.

The garden space was lovely, they have a pool table and ping pong table and a great kitchen and living room. The place was very peaceful and quiet. They provided many thick blankets which was nice in the chilly night.

The guest house features inner courtyard views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. really beautiful, spacious property that’s been in operation for a few months. not a super social hostel, more private and tranquil. perfect if you’re looking for a place to relax or work. very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, nice hot shower, clean bathroom, lots of areas to lounge and relax, attentive staff. i would definitely stay here again when in san cris!
