Villa don Bastian is a wonderfull place. please go to Tangale, it's a quiet beach and they come rare in Sri lanka. Villa Don Bastian is a little hidden paradise. The pool is amazing, the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, the location is the best in town and the food is so good. We've had some real bad experiences in Sri Lanka with houses with bad humidity problems and very runned down. This is not like that, its is a very well maintained Villa. The owners are always around to take care of everything but also give you privacy, they will help you and always give great advise on places to visit or to go have diner. Definitely recommend :)

Rooms are clean with all the needed equipment and AC. But the most important is that she organized us the best safari ! At Heaven in Satinwoods all rooms include a seating area. Dumee and his staff are absolutely incredible and make your stay unique! It's the best accommodation I've ever had. When I arrived, they welcomed me with a flower necklace and a fresh juice. The whole crew went kayaking with me to a beautiful lagoon (for only 1000 lkr) and they also took me to my surfing lessons by motorbike. My room and balcony were really big and they cleaned them and decorated my room with flowers every day! Breakfast and dinner were always a lovingly garnished three-course menu and they also let me help them cooking :) Additionally, they made juices, tea and coffee in the afternoonfor me for free! I'll definitely come back to this amazing place

Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. The Turtle watch Rekawa and Rekawa beach are 50 meters from the property.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with bath and free toiletries. I am on a 3-week trip around Sri Lanka and this has been my No. 1 highlight. Accommodation was just as advertised, if not better - great location (5 minute walk to the beach), spacious airconditioned rooms, lovely jungly surroundings and great views while sitting outside and having breakfast every morning. Peacocks, squirrels, wild parrots - to name just a few species... normal daily views/visits without even stepping outside of the garden. Incomparable peacefulness. Sri Lankan breakfast was great and kept me full until dinner. They also provide lunch and dinner, upon request. Last but not least - Ruchira, the landlord, was the best host ever. He took me around when I just arrived to show me what is where, provided valuable tips and arranged for me to go see the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach one night. All in all - the accommodation, as well as the village and the beach, is perfect for people who, like me, seek peace and quiet. The overall vibe is homey and friendly. There is no loud music, there are no beach bars, there are no watersports - amazing.
