The bathroom was well set up. Every thing was very clean. Our room was up a short flight of stairs away from the street so very quiet. The breakfast provided was fantastic with a good variety of fresh home baked cakes and tarts as well as yogurt fruit and fresh cooked eggs. It is close to many lovely restaurants and an easy walk to all the sites of Assisi.

Stayed 1 night in B&B and have only good impressions. first of all, automatical check-in was very easy and went without any problems. Room was very stylish and clean, we found everything what we needed inside . Also there was very nice balcony in our room. unfortunately we didn’t use it due to rainy weather. B&B located in 15 minutes from center. I liked everything and can recommend it.

Nando offered to drive us to our dinner and arranged a return taxi to spare us having to drive having had wine.
