The restaurant on the property was excellent and we enjoyed a couple of great meals there. The manager was wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. All the rooms are big and elegantly furnished,,the bathrooms big and modern. There is a big eating area with a modern kitchen with everything you need. The breakfast was great and diverse. They have a big parking area within the property and a very nice and brand new pool, which we didn’t get to use as it was raining. Franca is a great hostess, very helpful and nice.

The house is excellent, true Tuscany style, well-decorated with a lot of attention to the smallest details. There is a spacious living room on the ground floor with a small terrace, the rooms on the first floor overlook olive groves and the views are just breathtaking. Highly recommended!

This was a little gem, hideaway retreat in Italy. It’s an ‘olive grove’…and the hosts were so kind. Made us a wonderful home-baked breakfast w/lemon cake, croissants, yogurt, fruits, cheese, meats, tea, coffee juice! Outside deck with tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs, hammock…views unbelievable! Would like to retire there😍

The air-conditioned accommodation is 6.9 km from Piazza Matteotti, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. Outdoor dining is also possible at the bed and breakfast. Hosts Gabriele and Anna were great! The accommodations were as described. The room and private bathroom were very clean. Linens and towels were provided. A mini refrigerator was stocked with a couple bottles of water. Breakfast was included for us and very extensive. Anna politely explained the wide array of food provided. Parking was on property and convenient. The property was very secure with an electric gate. Overall, this property was a perfect!
