Really nice and new, clean structure. No noise around, there is an elevator. Apartment is really spacious with a big fridge inside. You can make coffee in a common area or in your apartment, there was coffee in both places. Common area is equipped with microwave, coffee machine, kettle. Even in the apartment there is a small induction hob with all necessary cutlery. Owner gave us good recommendations about local restaurants and places to visit, even outside the city, he is very well informed about everything so you can ask him whatever you need.
