We were quite late with our arrival and they were very helpful.

She offered us a welcome drink and some snacks. Also the view was amazing, you could see the mountain and it was pretty close to the train station and the lake. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe every hour of the day. I would definately recommend it to spend vacation there!

We received very nice welcome from the host. The aparment is really perfect, it is spacy, comfortable bed, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen, nice view, great location near lake and city centre. The neighborhood is quiet although there is train track behind the house which is barely hearable as the apartment is oriented to the lake. Not far from the apartment there is supermarket and bakery shop with super delicious products. I would definitely come and stay here again.

Wow! What a great host Stefano is, the utmost attention to detail in every way! Super easy to communicate with, great location just off the side of the ferry station and como lago train station. Super quiet. He let us check in early and even had coffee, drinks, water and a bottle of wine waiting! And snacks! Would definitely stay here again!
Very comfortable and nicely prepared holiday apartment. Lots of space. Nice & well equipped kitchen with a private terrace, space in the bathroom, washing machine in place, bedroom with a second terrace with wonderful lake view. Excellent for chilling! Very quiet place, no cars around, totally suited for relaxation, escape from all busy places. Stefania and her family are great hosts. Highly recommended.
Great location, very friendly staff, clean, quiet room. A really good choice if you visit Como by car, as it has a lot of private and safe parking lots. Breakfast was good as well.

We had such a great stay in Varenna at this apartment. Not only was it in such a perfect (and quiet) location, but it had everything you needed to make it that much more comfortable including the private courtyard. Attilio was such a great host, thanks again for having us!

This is a villa manor house serounded with private grounds & gardens in a quiet area. All the rooms are very big and spaseuse and in an old luxurious design. Viviana is super helpfull and took care of every thing and guideded us to to the area. Super big bathroom and a short walk to the city center- the lake and train station. Local restuarants also nearby. For 8.5 € you'll get an exelent brakefast made by Viviana! Definitely recomended.
Incredible hotel, great location and great service. Not quite your quaint little hotels that you may find in the smaller towns across Como but the Hilton feels like super luxury on the lake. It's modern, facilities are excellent and vibe is perfect. Walking distance to the town but far away for some peace and quiet
