The location is perfect, in the city centre and very near to the (free) public parking. You can easily leave your car there and walk to the door.

This family-run property serves a full Irish breakfast in the dining room each morning, which is decorated with a variety of antiques. Fantastic location at the foot of the Rock. Patrick and Anna were lovely. The room was large and the share kitchen is very well appointed. Breakfast was great as well.

Breakfast served daily with freshly brewed Arabica coffee, loose-leaf breakfast tea and a buffet table with homemade breads, yogurts, preserves, honey, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits and juice. A cooked to order breakfast is also available. Lovely place. Amazing hospitality, they made sure we had good recommendations for dinner and plans for the next day. Lovely lounge for curling up with a book you could pick from the library, coffee tea complimentary . Great location near a flowing river. Would recommend staying more than one night! The rooms were great, bathroom totally modern and very clean.

Friendly staff can provide local maps. Shannon Airport is just a 10-minute drive from the B&B. Wonderful location and the owners were wonderful people. So friendly and full of energy.

Befani's Townhouse is a restored three storey listed building in Clonmel Town Centre.

Very central to all amenities including the Suir Blueway for walks and cycling.

A full a la carte breakfast menu is available, with continental breakfast trays provided for the early starters. Befani's is a great little guesthouse with an absolutely outstanding restaurant. Clonmel is an interesting, historic town, free of the busloads of tour groups that throng so.many places in Ireland.
