The stay was a real highlight for my parents.

We offer varied seafood and has locally caught lobster, we also boast an extensive drinks and wine list. Superb Location. Clean comfortable quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. Howth is a little gem, not to be missed when visiting Dublin. We really enjoyed the cliff walk, incredible views!

Loved how everything was neat, clean, beautifully decorated and practical! Loved the set up for breakfast in the room---simple and perfect for a morning when we needed to catch our flight. The proximity to the airport was crucial! The fact that it was a cottage with 4 rooms for guests was lovely--a nice change from a classic hotel and yet we had the privacy that is important. The cottage was close to walking trails and would be great for a stroll This was an exceptional property!

The Artist Residence Dublin B&B is a detached 1920s cottage with large gardens overlooking Dublin Bay and Howth peninsula. It is 15 minutes by car or train from Dublin City Centre and Dublin Airport. It features free private parking and WiFi. the artist residence is literally the most awesome place to stay. i travel the world since decades but this was the most amazing experience. we felt to be at home away from home from the first minute. the hosts are such lovely people and we had such a lovely time there. they managed to fulfill all our needs and even baked and cooked vegan dishes for us. the garden is so peaceful and quiet. the rooms are wonderful and the beds extremely comfortable. we can't wait to come back.

Catherine, our host, was warm and welcoming. Communication was excellent and she even booked our taxi for the morning. She provided a recommendation for Indian Restaurant nearby that we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed in a small twin room. Beds were comfortable and Catherine had thought of everything. There were hooks for jackets, coffee and tea in the room along with a microwave, plates and cutlery. The shared bathroom was beautifully designed and very modern. We enjoyed our stay.
