They take care of every little detail, such as a welcoming chocolate bar in the room. :-) It is close to the airport and the city center is also very easy to reach by bus 27B that takes you to the Liberty Hall. I hope to have the chance to come back again next year!

The Artist Residence Dublin B&B is a detached 1920s cottage with large gardens overlooking Dublin Bay and Howth peninsula. It is 15 minutes by car or train from Dublin City Centre and Dublin Airport. It features free private parking and WiFi. Loved the wonderful hospitality of Begonia, the owner. Her warm and welcoming touches were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious each day. She also made us a breakfast to go on our last morning as we had to leave early. It was great to see the beautiful artwork. I will treasure the one I chose, depicting "Lucy's" room as it was adorable and hand painted by Begonia. We also loved the beautiful location, away from the city.

Catherine, our host, was warm and welcoming. Communication was excellent and she even booked our taxi for the morning. She provided a recommendation for Indian Restaurant nearby that we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed in a small twin room. Beds were comfortable and Catherine had thought of everything. There were hooks for jackets, coffee and tea in the room along with a microwave, plates and cutlery. The shared bathroom was beautifully designed and very modern. We enjoyed our stay.
