The property was like renting out a single room airbnb. You had access to a kitchen and living area but basically on your own. It was quiet, and clean. The host were kind but we didn’t see too much of them as we were out and about a lot. Perfect location for visiting Galway, Canamara, and Aran Islands. Also the views of the ocean and the cute walk down to the shore was a nice benefit.

Double private room was quite quiet as it's in a separate building to the dorms (just next door). Very clean room and bathroom. Kitchen and sitting area clean and nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Great location. Amazing for the price, totally exceeded expectations.
Great location in a quiet neighborhood very close to city center. The room is nice and the breakfast is decent. The host is friendly and accommodating. Entry by door code is very convenient as we came in quite late. Best of all, the room charge is very economical.
After my work travel, I decided to spend a few days in Galway. I was warmly welcomed by Anne and felt immediately very homely! I couldn’t have wished for a better stay, with excellent breakfast and comfort, in a great location close to the city centre and lots of bars and cafes just around the corner! Great location, within walking distance to the city centre. Nice room, quite compact but was bright and clean - very handy to have private toilet/shower facilities
Excellent location with total peace and quiet, yet within a 10 minute drive of shops, restaurants and Galway Bay. Ronnie is a charming, hospitable host, always available but never intrusive, communication with him was excellent from the time of booking onwards. His welcoming apple pie and ice-cream were much appreciated! Ample, self-catered continental breakfast was provided along with cake and fruit for a packed lunch. A private fridge in the room was a bonus.
Luxury accommodation great location close to the city centre. Breakfast was also very nice. Michael was very friendly and could not do enough to help with our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY
Very spacious room, with a large, very comfortable bed. Very quiet, with no noise from the corridor. Excellent breakfast, and we just had the Seafood Chowder for lunch, which was also excellent. Free parking, and 15 minute stroll to Eyre Square, so great location. We arrived early, and reception staff were very accommodating. We left our bags and when we came back later, they were in our room.
Wonderful, attentive and generous hosts; great location, within easy walking distance of the city centre, but quiet and private and very clean rooms and bathrooms. Generous breakfast.
Ardawn House is located in a great location - just a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The entire property was very clean, beds were comfortable, and, the breakfast and garden areas were so quaint. The most favorite part about the property, however, were the staff. They were exceptionally kind, friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
