Our hosts Titos and Eleftheria were wonderful and made us feel very welcome, we look forward to returning.

Opening to a balcony, all rooms of Archontika are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Views of the sea, mountains or garden are featured in certain rooms. A private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower is included. It was a perfect stay. It's not that touristic so thats a bonus for me. It was a quite little family run place so you can appreciate more how raw it is. It also has a restaurant part of the hotel and the food was brilliant and cheap. There is also a place to go for a walk a visit the center of the town, there is also a cute little church near by. It is really close to preveli beach so its a perfect place for a stop over. Parking was also perfect. In the morning there is a beautiful view to have a coffee since we had like a balcony.

Food is great quality and quantity (portion sizes terrific). Breakfast very good indeed. Staff really welcoming, helpful and go extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Located in the village of Spili in Crete, Heracles Hotel offers apartments with a balcony overlooking the mountain and garden. Bars and restaurants are 50 metres away. The property offers free Wi-Fi and parking on site. Very pleasant stay in this lovely pension. The owners are very attentive and the place is so clean, you could eat on the floor! Do not miss the incredible breakfast on offer with homemade yogurt and jams. It is divine!

The hotel staff can arrange car rental to explore the scenic town of Rethymno 50 km away. Free private parking is offered on site. Really comfortable, super clean, hotel-standard rooms. We were there only for one night but I could stay longer. The staff was nice and helpfull and we got some home made cakes ❤️

Platanias is 1 km away. Chania International Airport is at 65 km. Free private parking is offered on site. We stayed on the ground floor in a spacious room. It had a beautiful balcony and our bed was very comfortable. When in Greece, I feel most comfortable in family run small hotels and it was a pleasure to meet Helena, Athina and their mother. They are doing a great job keeping up this place. Parking is right in front of the building. We will definitely stay in this hotel on our next trip to Rethymno.

The Sea Front Rooms Old Town are bright and have wooden floors. They are equipped with a TV, safe and fridge. Most units have a furnished balcony and some overlook the Cretan Sea and the Venetian port, while others have a view over the main market street of the old town. We had a private sunny deck & comfortable room

Family-run Antigoni is situated only 350 metres from the beach at Agia Galini town in Rethymno, in the South of Crete. Set on a low hill, it offers a view of the Libyan Sea and mount Psiloritis.

Antigoni offers well appointed rooms with sea or garden-view balconies. All rooms feature modern amenities such as satellite TV, air conditioning, fridge and electric kettle. The cleaning service of the room wil be done every other day. Value (quality you get compared to cost). Quality of room is better than expected. Very clean. Owner is diligent in cleaning the room. AC works well and quiet even during a heat wave (July 2022). I think the relatively low cost of the hotel room is mainly due to the high concentration of hotels in the small town.
