At the bed and breakfast, each unit includes bed linen and towels. the location is perfect. the hotel is picturesque and quaint. the rooms are spacious and the showers were lovely. the staff were phenomenal. they went the extra mile every day and made sure we had a ride on their golf cart to and from the gate upon entry/exit. breakfast was delicious and different both days so it was well worth the money. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Rhodes Old Town.

Incredibly warm hospitality from Sissy and staff even if you are staying for a short time. Valuable and detailed advice on where to visit, for whatever your preference is (e.g. tavernas, villages, beaches etc.).
The pool area and poolside bar are great features to enjoy and relax during the stay (bubbles, hanging chair, sunbeds). It is cosy, charming yet with privacy. The pool area is already great to decouple from work and relax there forgetting time (or it can be a fresh start of the day). I celebrated my birthday with a complimentary smoothie at the bar and their kind wishes. The room was very clean and elegant in Cycladic style (e.g. shower area shape) with amenities and household appliances, bathroom has this newly designed and comfortable. Villa Roula has the typical blue and white colors in the room and in the building.
The staff is always cheerful and friendly I found and addresses needs quickly, so I experienced very warm and competent hospitality. I will definitely return for another delightful stay.

Heralkio City Centre, Heraklio Town

Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, all units at Plānis Str Urban Suites by Semavί have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms include a balcony. At the accommodation every room is equipped with bed linen and towels. Very nice big room, amazing location. Definitely recommend staying here. The price is great too

The staff, and the beautiful restaurant downstairs! the woman that greeted me was so kind. In the morning when I woke up i noticed i dropped my phone in the water and i went downstairs to look for rice. They feed me first gave me rice and made me feel like i was apart of their family. LOVE THEM TOO

We chose this hotel because elia beach is not so crowded area. And we did the right thing. Venue is really amazing, with mykonian vibes, super clean and comfortable with all the facilities up and running. Personnel is doing really a great job with a 5 stars hotel attitude! Breakfast has literally everything you need, pool is great, elia beach is in 2 minutes driving distance and kalo livadi beach 7 minutes away. Mr. Nikos, hotel manager, is making everything needed to assure that your stay will be excellent. I highly recommend it.

A very spacious, private and quiet apartment in a small building with the host living downstairs. There is a large balcony with seating and a table for eating outside. It's a 45 minute walk to the centre but the local bus service is cheap and convenient. One bus takes you directly to the city centre. Lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bakeries and tavernas in the immediate area. There is free street parking and it was not too difficult to find a spot. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Great location with sunrise views, clean and private, close to the busy areas but tucked away so it was quiet at night. Great hosts and looked exactly like the photos.
Great location! Our room was fantastic, quiet, large, private pool, seaside view. We had half board included. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was quite good, fresh food, you can always find something at your taste. They have nice cocktails at the bar too. Wee tried also restaurants nearby, very authentic and cheaper, and couple of times in Agios Nikolaos center (20 min walk).
Very clean, new, comfortable houses, each with a private pool and lounge area. The location is super quiet, away from any busy roads. An excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, home made jam and honey, eggs any style, is included. The hosts were very nice and responded instantly to all our requests and needs.
Great location, near shops and restaurants. About 6 minute walk to the beautiful Agios Gordios beach. Apartment is set in a quiet area off the main road. Private gated entrance. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and furnished tastefully in a simple but classic style. Our studio apartment was large and spacious and had a south facing balcony. Host Maria was wonderful and charming, really helpful and friendly. Printed our flight boarding passes prior to departure. We will definitely return, we loved it.
The hotel was small and intimate, well designed and great service from the staff We had a room with a private dip pool which we didn’t really use as there were no loungers just patio furniture, this felt a little out of place with the design of the hotel. Overall the hotel was a well designed boutique hotel, quiet location with a few restaurants in walking distance. if your looking for a large luxury hotel I wouldn’t say this is for you but if you want a quiet small hotel this is perfect for a few nights stay
A beautiful and charming boutique hotel within the Old Town. Very close to everything but also quiet and peaceful. Elli, the hotel owner was absolutely lovely, she was so helpful and went beyond and above to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our room was lovely, tasteful and impeccably clean. Breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was a wonderful start to the day. Fresh fruit salad, yogurt, good coffee plus freshly baked pastries and eggs to order. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return :) Overall a wonderful little Gem!
