Property was clean, warm and comfortable with everything you need, even ice in the freezer for my gin and tonic and a vase of fresh Spring flowers. Log burner was fabulous. Great location for exploring local area and short walking distance to pub, shops and coastal path and beach. Communication with Sue was excellent. Private and secure garden was a real bonus for our two dogs who also enjoyed their stay. We were able to park on the road right outside the path leading to the property.

Very accommodating staff, my partner messaged you privately asking if you could do something special for our anniversary on arrival and we arrived to some prosecco and some roses in the property for a small additional cost. Nicely furnished room, great selection of hot drinks & kettle, comfortable bed, good value as bathroom was private for budget single room, plenty of hot water, quiet for getting a good night's sleep, great location as very close to station and supermarkets, has some parking.
