The hot tub was AMAZING and Liz was very helpful and accommodating! Really good quality breakfast ingredients and very tasty home made treats. The area is lovely with two really nice pubs down the road. We 100% recommend and already booked again.

Not only was the house and room beautiful and comfortable, but Tim and Vivi’s hospitality is outstanding. Kind and welcoming, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Bed was incredibly comfortable, food filling and delicious (order the pad Thai!) and the shower was perfect. Room 3 is perfect if you want a private oasis with ensuite or if you are traveling with a child.

We, and the other guests, were seated at a communal, large dining table (with a beautiful garden backdrop) This gave us the bonus of a good natter over breakfast with the other people staying at the house. Everyone agreed that the house, food, gardens, service and hospitality was superb. The bedroom was great. Really comfortable bed. Great en-suite (with a powerful, hot shower) the room was large and well lit. Great views over the garden and a good peaceful night was enjoyed. Can’t speak too highly of the guest house. My wife and I would recommend it to anybody planning a stay in Melton Mowbray or, as in our case, looking for a place to stay en-route to somewhere else. My profile, however seems to indicate that I’m from the USA…. I’m not, I’m British. I’ll try and get that amended.

Situated just outside Swithland village, 11 km from Loughborough, Bybrook Barn Bed & Breakfast features free WiFi and free parking next to the property. The dog-friendly bed and breakfast is within walking distance to Bradgate Park and Swithland Woods. Only there for one night but idyllic setting if want a quiet cozy retreat. Fabulous welcoming hostess, and wonderful little room. Breakfast is always a make or break for me...and this one was perfect. This is accommodation with personality and I highly recommend.
