Beautiful hidden gem on the Isle of Man. The property is in a unique natural setting surrounded by hiking trails, wildlife, and a stream running through it. The hosts were so friendly and prepared a great breakfast each morning. We will be staying here for all our future IOM visits!

He suggested so many interesting places to explore over our 3 night visit. We will definitely recommend Carrick Rooms and the Isle of Man to our friends looking for an adventurous destination!

Ideally located right in the sea front in Douglas, Isle of Man’s capital, Cubbon House offers bed and breakfast accommodation, en suite guest rooms and free WiFi. The property is within 2 minutes’ walk from local shops, pubs and restaurants. They made an effort to save me a few pounds. I originally reserved for two, but my friend didn't show. Lisa only charged me for one, saving me 45 pounds. And this required phone calls on her part because the reservation was through B'g .com.

The bed and breakfast offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. The breakfast was made to order each day with some home grown ingredients and was to a high standard always ready on time. The hosts were very friendly , personable and supportive for local knowledge. The location is very attractive and scenic but possibly not ideal if using public transport if you had mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt “part of the family” for the week. The walk to the main road helped to get us going and at least allowed us to enjoy a few drinks out of an evening.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the town and all the local amenities. In a super location on the sea front. The hotel was comfortable the beds were firm the room was a good size. The breakfasts were superb and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. We were in a very quiet location.

Great location, 10 minutes walk from the city centre, close to the waterfront. There is a small park nearby. Clean, cozy, warm, quiet apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. New modern household appliances, a complete set of kitchen utensils, the availability of detergents and etc. There was always hot water. The bed was comfortable, bed linen and towels were clean and new. Communication with the owners left only pleasant impressions. We'll definitely be back here again.
