Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very clean, excellent breakfast, great location (central)
Charlotte was a great host; when I had issues with my ferry, she reassured me I'd still be able to check in and got it all set up for me to arrive late! She was also very approachable to ask about Arran generally and cooked a full breakfast for us each morning (much needed pre the long hikes). Room was really charming, with blackout blinds, lovely comfy bed and a nice size and amenities like tea/coffee, desk, mirrors, lots of plug sockets.
great location, fabulous views, quiet and comfortable. Lindsay, the host, was delightful
