The rooms gave out a unique atmosphere of coziness. We liked the unique way the beds were turning from sofas to beds, but we would also love it if they were a little wider.
The room was spacious enough, and so was the internal private bathroom.
The owners seemed friendly and caring.
Stirling
The guest house features a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette comes with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge and there is a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. Additional in-room amenities include fruits. The Tollhouse was an old building but the amenities were modern and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and the loungeroom and bedroom were tastefully decorated and comfortable. Great views around the property too. This was a very comfortable accommodation to come back to after a busy day of exploring Stirling.
Port of Menteith
The bed and breakfast provides guests with a patio, mountain views, a seating area, cable flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the bed and breakfast, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Absolutely amazing location to immerse yourself in Scotland’s countryside. So serene!

All units in the guest house are fitted with a TV. Featuring a private bathroom, units at the guest house also feature free WiFi, while selected rooms also boast a terrace. Guests can grab a bite to eat in an outdoor dining area at the guest house. We were walking the West Highland Way and this was a perfect location within easy walking distance of places to eat dinner. We stayed in the pod, which was modern, clean and quiet.

Clean, warm, quiet, great location. Excellent breakfast
Castlecroft has an excellent location with a pleasant walk into the city centre and easy access to the castle. It is close to the main routes into Stirling and easy to find. Laura is a really charming and helpful host. She serves a terrific breakfast with good choice. Her recommendations for places to eat were appreciated. We had our own small patio outside- a lovely feature Parking at the B&B is straightforward and really useful. Soundproofing between rooms was excellent- it was very quiet.

Charming cottage on the shore of Loch Lomond. Felt very secluded and private, perfect for a quiet getaway. The garden has plenty of seating for you to take in the views. Couldn’t really have asked for more, it was cosy, comfortable and exactly what we were hoping for. I’d definitely stay again. Access to the beach was just a short walk from the property, and connected to a woodland/Loch side path to Balmaha.

Lovely grounds. Staff universally excellent and very friendly. Super drinks before dinner in the study in front of a real fire. Enormous bedroom with very comfortable bed, charming period decor and furniture and large bathroom. Plentiful (very) hot water. Quiet and peaceful. Very good standard of food at dinner and excellent breakfast. We really enjoyed it.
Debbie and her husband were great hosts. Great location for accommodation if you want to explore Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Cooked breakfast were really tasty and great value for money. Room was cosy and clean. Our kids were sad leaving as enjoyed have a chat with Debbie. I would recommend staying in this Bed and Breakfast who wants enjoy friendly and great service with comfort.
