Additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies. Just so lovely! The welcoming, the service, room, breakfast. I do recommend Morven Guest house.

This family-run guest house offers free Wi-Fi access, a large garden and free on-site parking. Everything was quite lovely. Breakfast was very good, even for a lactose intolerant person. So many great choices! Bravo!

Gramarcy House is a bed and breakfast offering both en suite rooms and rooms with shared bathrooms. The rooms with shared facilities boast access to a fully equipped guest kitchen with a cooker and a refrigerator, along with all the essential crockery and utensils. These self-catering rooms also benefit from ironing facilities. Agnes was accommodating for two people on bikes. Her breakfast is outstanding and the house is immaculate. This was one of my favorite places to stay in Scotland.

Nice and homely room very clean bed comfy shower ensuite very modern . Adam the owner was very welcoming and friendly . He thought we were coming to see the festival it was a bonus as we didn't know anything about it. Having the use of the kitchen was good microwave ,cooker, fridge freezer. great weekend. There is a Washing machine tumble dryer we didn't use it .

Great location, very quiet
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view over the garden and the surrounding hills. Just a short walk into Forfar town centre and close to Kirriemuir which is a short 15 minute car journey. Ian was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very enjoyable, fresh fruit followed by a vegan hot breakfast.
Stayed here before but this time room only. Can recommend the rooms on the car park side of the hotel as lot quieter and can’t hear the trains which run during the night. Also cheaper than golf view rooms!. Leisure facilities all good but changing rooms could be cleaner.
Great location in the centre of town with its own private carpark. Nice clean and comfortable room. Good menu for evening meals and cooked breakfast was nice. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Central position, easy parking, and friendly welcome. single room was perfect for a single night - quiet and calm. had my cocker spaniel with me, and found a decent park area just a street away. Host was reassuring and relaxed. excellent breakfast - nicely prepared.
The location is very central with private parking ,we received a warm welcome and were shown to our room .The room was big, bright, very clean and comfortable, and quiet, just what was required for a chill out two night stay.

Great location, very handy for local shops. Beach was close by, Tay view from living room was lovely. Private parking was a bonus. Bedrooms were neutral & nicely decorated. Kitchen was nice & clean. Lovely large shower which was very clean. Loved the little Christmas decorations. Area was very quiet.
