The grounds were lovely. Peaceful, tranquil and restful.

The continental breakfast was perfect, fresh breads and croissants, homemade jams, served with a smile and lively conversation with Pierre. …dining to the sound of the River Cisse actually running through and under the old restored mill! Dinner on the terrace under the trees was beautiful and delicious. Our room was beautifully appointed and huge! The location is close to so many castle day trips, and a hot air balloon ride!

The hotel only has 3 nicely arranged rooms – it felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel ;) The location is just perfect for those who want to visit the "royal city" as it is located right at the wall to the old town. Many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The beautifully arranged terrace with all the plants and flowers and the view over the old city was simply stunning. My kids loved to hang out on the terrace and play with the supercute cats living there :)
