Very helpful and forthcoming staff. Breakfast voucher for café downstairs with a considerable discount. “Hostal” with just one star, but this is totally misleading. Place deserves more stars. Has minibar, private bathroom. Had room with window towards inner courtyard, was very quiet. Bicycle could be parked inside safely.

Some rooms have a balcony offering views of a pedestrian street. everything was so near & walking distance - a metro station was nearby but walked everywhere since Salome was at the center of Madrid the rooms, bedsheets, bathrooms were clean and bright and new - with heating & AC in each room I stayed in! they allowed me to leave my luggage while I visited Toledo and/or Munich for the weekends! gracias!! So many groceries, laundry shops, bars, restaurants on the street itself! Internet was fast - was able to check on work emails before touring Madrid! wish I could come back to Salome, will book here again if I get to visit Madrid again!
