It was a pleasure to chat with Mandy in the mornings at breakfast. Breakfast was exactly what I wanted, though note if you are a picky eater, this isn’t a buffet breakfast.

We stopped off in Santa Cruz for a couple of days on the way to Pucon. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the location and facilities to the staff, to the quietness at night. The room was modern, new and extremely clean. The breakfast could have been taken at the front lobby room/dining area or in the room. We opted to take it in the room. It was delivered exactly on time each day and was perfectly prepared, organized and hot. As a frequent traveler it is rare to get this quality. I could go on and on, but I would just say if you're staying in Santa Cruz area this is your best option by far.
