Rosemarie is the real gem of this property! She speaks several languages and is fun to talk with. She was helpful in every way and let us use a little space in her fridge and freezer. Her custom breakfasts ( always with FRESH bread) were great. 😋 And the booklet of free activities available there from the canton are great; we needed more time to see more of them.

We stayed here the second time, and were even more pleased with our stay than before. The hotel is located in the heart of the big Jura hiking region, and - especially if you travel by car - you have unlimited possibility for all sorts of hiking.
Perfectly clean. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Michel, the owner and the chef, speaks nearly any language you can imagine, and makes you really feel at home. Michel's restaurant is a gem, and it was a big part of our decision to come again.
Breakfast is wonderful and well above the usual standards for this level of a hotel.
Rooms are simple, but they fully fit to the description and have all necessary, especially if you stay just for a couple of days.

The same for separate full kitchen. There is a grand piano in the lobby that I was allowed to play. Just go there if you can :-)

Great location, friendly staff
Very good hotel close to city center. Nothing to complain about. Room matches the description and the expected standard. I can recommend the hotel. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices but has its price (not included in rate). Public underground car park right in front of the hotel, but very expensive. I recommend an open public parking about 50 meters from the hotel to the north, which is less expensive.
Good location. Bed are okay.quiet. is cheap price.
Great location in a quiet area very close to the center. Clean and quite big room, even with a kitchenette. Very accommodating staff.
- great location to explore the region - nicely renovated building with modern & functional rooms - great host who is very knowledgeable and very kind & flexible - wonderful kitchen with honest food - quiet little side street from main road
Hotel close to the train station (10 minutes walk), to the lake shore where you can stroll or bath (10 minutes walk) and to the castle and old city (10 to 15 minutes walk). In the city center we will find many restaurants as well as historical sights. The room was big and quiet at night. Staff was nice and wifi good
Always a delight to stay at this hotel. As I travel very often to Neuchâtel, I was looking for a hotel that has great value for money and it always exceeds my expectation; especially the hotel staff is very attentive to its customers, extremely friendly and always makes me feel welcome. The rooms are spotless clean and cleaned every day. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the central station and the city center which makes it a great location to stay.
we stayed in this beautiful Manoir for the second time and really enjoyed our stay. very relaxing atmosphere, very clean, great private spa and a very nice dinner with fantastic fondue in a private setting (great in these special times now) together with the hospitality and the beautiful area around (fully recommend to go up the hill to enjoy the great view from Tete de Ran or Vue des Alpes), its proximity to charming Neuchatel, make this place perfect! we definitely welcome back again! Thank you Ariane, Michael and family!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. You must go for the suit as you get a lovely private balcony with exceptional views. Dinner was very good, however breakfast was exceptional as you were bought everything to your table so you did not need to ask for anything, lots to choose from. Excellent walks nearby through the forest. There is an adventure park very nearby and a train that runs down the mountain. If you want a very quiet weekend go during the week, Saturdays are a little busy with the adventure park.
Boutique hotel that opened in spring 2020. 22 rooms to the whole place plus a restaurant. The rooms (we had 204 and 206) are spacious, functional and pretty (each shows wooden beams and boasts antique furniture) and very quiet. Mathieu, the manager, is very attentive, helpful and kind. Dinner at the restaurant was awesome, we had a variety of dishes off the small menu and liked all of them. Breakfast comes extra and is varied with fresh bread, cold cuts, cheese, pastries (sweet and salty) and eggs.
