The location was good, the room was quiet.
Lovely room with lake view. Comfortable bed and really quiet at night. Excellent breakfast with good coffee that gets served to you at the table, no general coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and were flexible with giving some of our group an early packed breakfast on the Sunday morning before the allotted breakfast start time.
Great location. We were here to take part in Ironman race. Hotel is close to train station and to the start/finish line of the event.

This place is a true gem and Sabrina and Pascal are the best hosts I've ever met (and there have been quite a few). The hotel is full of charm and history. It's well maintained, clean, great wifi connection. Luxurious duvets for our unexpected snowy stay mid-April. Super breakfast, strong, fresh coffee and personalised, connection based treatment as guests. Great location within Horgen too, close to all transport links and amenities. Highly recommended.
Apart from the obvious: it’s nice perch over the lake with lake and mountain views, nice modern apartment, some unexpected things I liked: the digital radio which happened to be tuned to a classical music station, and that it is near a forest. Peaceful and quiet feeling to the area. Bed very comfortable.

Good breakfast with a view of the bears and marmots. Charming rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Parking easy - free 5pm to 10 am then a flat fee of 10 CHF during the day (note need coins for this, no credit card option and pay app difficult) We paid the lady in Wildpark shop but shop doesn't normally open till 12. There is no overnight reception, I think the owners leave around 6 when the park closes but they can arrange to leave keys late. Good reasonable lunch from Cafe. Fun walking round watching the animals. Helpful owners.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and clean. Lovely balcony overlooking the lake and train station. Room was very quiet. Breakfast had great options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
