The room was very quiet even though it is adjacent to 2 other rooms. Sunset from the room was spectacular.

This downtown Jonquière bed and breakfast is just a 5-minute drive to Theatre la Rubrique Inc. It offers a full breakfast each morning and includes a mini-fridge in every room. Owner Normand offers a pick up service and it was great to see him at the VIA Rail station following the earlier snow. I stayed in the themed Egypte Room which was very comfortable with a smart bathroom. The Gite is within walking distance of microbreweries offering food and other restaurants all of which were busy on a Friday evening. Next morning the breakfast was plentiful, refreshing and really tasty - yoghurt with granola followed by a cheese and ham omelette with accompanying fruit and toast. Thanks Normand for a lovely stay, all too short and for taking me to the coach station in yet more snow.

Located on a private street, only 10 minutes' walk from the main street, this property offers a seasonal outdoor pool. The rooms are equipped with refrigerators and Nespresso machines. Lovely room, easy parking, phenomenal breakfast. Each day we lingered for an hour over an elegant breakfast. Great cappuccinos, croissants,homemade jams, yogurt with fresh berries, and a baked egg with ham, local cheese, spinach, tomato and pesto. Hospitality was superb.
