The units come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, a coffee machine, a shower, free toiletries and a desk. All rooms feature a private bathroom, a hairdryer and bed linen. it was just outside the hustle of the main tourist area and a short walk. it was a clean and quiet place. we expressed to host that we would like to come back again.

Ambiance by the Falls B&B is 1 km from the Hornblower Niagara Cruise attraction and Falls viewing areas. Casino Niagara is 650 metres away. Breakfast was excellent. Muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt coffee/tea/orange juice plus the hot stuff! The Ambiance is in a quiet residential neighborhood and within walking distance to the Falls. The room was very clean. Kevin & Anna were very good hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

The Butler House Bed & Breakfast is an American Craftsman-style Foursquare residence built circa 1910 located in the Park Place Historic District in Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls State Park is just a 10-minute walk from the bed and breakfast, and the American Falls, as well as International Rainbow Bridge to Canada just a mile away. The cooked breakfasts were delicious. It was wonderful to try different dishes. The servings were very large. The dining room was beautiful. We really appreciated the muffins and fresh fruit along with the hot drink availability throughout the day. The rooms we had access to oozed with character and were spotlessly clean. The linen spelt lovely. Our hosts were easy to deal with. Jamie was friendly and very easy to talk to while Dan is an amazing cook.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling and hiking. The bed and breakfast is 700 metres from Casino Niagara, 1.1 km from Journey Behind the Falls and 1.3 km from Greyhound Canada. Toronto Pearson International Airport is 79 km away. Well kept. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast.

Horseshoe Falls and Casino Niagara are both within 1 km from the Strathaird Bed and Breakfast. The Rainbow Bridge and Whrilpool Bridge border crossings to the US are both less than 1 km away. Perfect base for visiting the falls (about 20-30 minutes on foot). Sunny was an excellent host and we felt really at home and had a lovely stay at this location. Breakfast was made with care and we enjoyed meeting some other guests (form Japan and Pennsylvania).

We arrived so late than we’re supposed to be, but welcomed so nicely and treated us so well with heavenly delicious light bites. So nice room status and perfect vibes. I strongly recommend you if you have plans to visit Canada to see the falls.

A radio and telephone are also included. it’s right over the rainbow bridge. it’s a nice house and the room we stayed in was perfect for us. bed was comfortable, access to the balcony was great. there are grapes growing everywhere! we ate so many.
