Breakfast room was very small but doable as I waited until most of the guests would have eaten. Extremely basic breakfast but expected with the price. Was quiet except for the snowbirds flying around at 9 at night.
The stuff is friendly. Location is quiet and nice. Breakfast is well prepared. Parking space is convenient.

The beds were very comfortable. Pillows were clean ( very important to me!). Room was clean & well appointed. It was nice & quiet.

We always enjoy staying here! The room was large and comfortable. It was nice to have the electric fireplace and tea and coffee making station. The seasonal treats (Christmas cookies and hot apple cider) in the lobby were an extra bonus. We liked the view of the river from our private deck and enjoyed seeing a bald eagle right outside our window. The room was exceptionally quiet and there was lots of parking right by the door.
Great location. No breakfast just coffee and cookies in the lobby. This property is still using Covid protocols. The rooms are super clean and very quiet there. If you're looking to relax, it's perfect !
This property is a wonderful oasis in Courtenay. The house is very spacious and very well equipped and the garden is private, exceptional and restful. The hosts are wonderful. No cost was spared to ensure that we enjoyed our visit. The nights were quiet and the area safe and beautiful.
