Fresh ingredients from their garden and locally sourced from the island. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely beautiful house on a hill facing the river. The house design, the furniture and décor are in-line with what we had in Europe. Dining tables, plates, forks - everything remind you the "good old time". Well maintained garden and plenty of privacy. Marc and Louise are phenomenal hosts. The everyday breakfast made by Marc surprised us every morning; 3 courses for breakfast, not repeating the previous morning :-) Not sure if its a good fresh river air or comfortable bed, but sleep in this place is not an issue.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 18 km from Basilique Cathedrale Notre Dame de Quebec. We stayed in the Panorama room, and had a wonderful view across the river to Quebec city. Beautiful Room was Moroccan themed, very unique. Our host was wonderful, enjoyed talking to him after breakfast. Hearty breakfast served, wonderful home made yogurt, French toast and home made preserves.

At the guest house, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. This place is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. It is also well located right after the bridge coming from Québec. Breakfast is also a nice to have as it was included in our booking. The yoga room is large and we could enjoy it on a Sunday morning on our own, it was very quiet. There are yoga classes, it's a pity we missed it. We will for sure come back and definitely enjoy the yoga classes next time!

At the bed and breakfast, the units come with bed linen and towels. We had a great time at Au Vieux Foyer and will certainly return on our next trip.

Stephanie texted us before we checked in and asked us about our dinner and breakfast preferences. Breakfast was prepared in advanced and placed in our room. It was high quality and delicious. Room was clean and well decorated! Everything worked just fine. Highly recommend.

It has 15 beautiful air-conditioned rooms with river views. Moreover, both apartments-condos fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are ideal for the family. The location is spectacular !!!! Having a room right at the water to walk out was the best !!
