Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. It is only a 10-minute bus ride to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and Zell am See ski areas. Excellent accommodation and fantastic breakfast. The host was very friendly. The room was also excellent

A big surprise for us was the Joker Card, which we got for free and gave us free access to gondolas and other attractions. Very good quality for the price we paid.

The owner was very kind, and the house itself was lovely. It was situated in a great location, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The balcony was a nice addition, providing a pleasant spot to relax. Check-in was straightforward, and the owner was helpful, quickly providing toilet paper when we noticed it was missing. The check-out process was also simple and hassle-free as they told us to just leave the keys on the table and leave.

The apartment was different from the one shown in booking but it was ver nice with private parking. It was a very equipped, quiet, and it has a nice view.
Perfect location, great hosts, kitchen stove broke but they fixed it for us the next day straight. the first night when it broke they took out pots and helped us finish cooking the pasta we wanted to it even though we arrived late at night. The whole bedroom and bathroom were recently refurbished, it was in excellent condition. I loved everything about it. :)) We rode up to Edelweisspitze the next day, it was a great location the main closed road section being close to us about 10-15min ride.
First of all the hosts are fantastic people: Beata and Bernd are very charming and hospital! They treat you like their best friend! The location is really ideal especially if you ski. Few steps and you right away enter the cable car pulling you over the top... at the same time very quiet and just a few steps away from the old city center which is also awesome! Breakfast is super, you can have enough and nice variety of local products. Looking forward to come back during summer time!!

I had a great holiday at Hubertus. Beate and Bernd are the best hosts imaginable! Excellent breakfast, comfy bed, authentic wooden furniture, great location near to the woods and the city center. I will definitely come again here.
Great location, about 10-15 walk to 3 major ski lifts and to the Saalbach city center with many restaurants. Supermarket is close by. Apartment is beautifully renovated. There is a small balcony to sit outside. Apartment complex is quiet. Hermann met with us to deliver the key, he is a very kind host.
