Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. It is only a 10-minute bus ride to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and Zell am See ski areas. Great location, friendly staff and owner, well maintained establishment, clean room with extra caring touches like the usb charger (regular and type C) which was very helpful, having a water hose in the bathroom was a great surprise for us :) The owner gave us a tourist card for zel am see and kaprun which allowed us to take the cable care till the top of salzburge for free

There is so much to see and do in Zell am See, and this accommodation is at an excellent location for everything. Free parking right in front of the building. Quiet rooms for sleeping.

Breakfast was delicious and various. The hosts are very lovely people. Location is perfect, near to 3 ski lifts. Definitely we will come back to this fantastic hotel!

Beautiful, clean, and modern in decoration style. Our room had a spacious terrace. Our car rested in a spacious underground garage. Breakfast was great every day with a lot of options. Additionally, while relaxing in the apartment, we could still enjoy a wide selection of tea, coffee, fresh water and snacks. But the highlight was the wellness centre - amazing saunas with views overlooking the mountains. The family were such welcoming hosts. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
