The place is great, we stayed here for 6 nights and it is really very cool. There is a metro nearby but we liked this huge green area the most in Dubai, lots of flowers and birds, there is also a small shopping center nearby. There is a pool quite large and clean a few steps away from the villa. The villa is rented out with 2 separate bedrooms from which there is access to the common area on the second floor, the rest of the villa is only used by the owners. The breakfasts were great, very tasty. Inside was clean, very soft bed and nice linens.

I really loved this unique room found amongst the shops of the textile market. The view from the windows of the abras going by is picturesque and beautiful. My favorite part is the view :) It's a wonderful place to getaway in the city, especially if you are looking for something different from the usual beach resort. From past reviews, I was a bit worried about the loudness of the motor on the boats but after staying here, I realize it depends on the person because I found it to be more of a low humming sound and was quite nice to be honest! They supply earplugs if needed, which can be helpful for light sleepers but I didn't need to use them. Breakfast was included and was very good! Last but not least, Alveen was so friendly and insightful, like he already knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted! He is a gem :) Great place and I would love to stay again.

Some rooms have views of the surrounding wind-towers and minarets. a lot of attention to detail, room was tastefully decorated, with enough shelves, storage space and all beautifully integrated in the design. superb bathroom, good mattress, very clean and beautifuk. house is exceptional with its courtyards and roof tops, many nooks and crannies. staff very attentive but not in a stiff way. very relaxed and simultaneously professional and helpful
