What a little gem in such a great location in Stanford. Andy and Sally were so helpful and friendly - Andy even left watching the rugby at a restaurant to let us in! So comfortable with everything you need. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Lovely quiet estate and lovely Mountain View’s. Sleep quality is good. There is a very well equipped little kitchenette and shower is spacious and we had plenty of hot water. A very comfortable spot and nearby the town but out of the bustle. Hosts are generous with a welcome bottle of wine and coffee and tea.

Our fur baby and toddler had the best time running around, exploring, picnicking and doing scavenger hunts. We have found our home away from home.
The place exceeded all our expectations. Luxurious, beautiful and fully equipped with all the amenities. We simply loved the breakfast basket delivered daily and daily housekeeping was an added bonus :)

Very well appointed and in spite of the house being built in the 1890’s it is in great condition and very well maintained. Has a great kitchen and dining area plus veranda has a nice braai area. House is very central to village centre and easy walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops

Great location, views, interest, attentive characterful staff, good artwork, nice toiletries, very good fires , peaceful and quiet. Meals delicious, interesting combinations.
Delightful cottage with attention to detail in an eclectic decor that is a delight to be in, coupled with high functionality. If we had stayed a week I wouldn’t have tired of ‘seeing’ new elements of this extraordinary space with verandah and lovely private garden outlook. Easy to find with super hosts. Walking distance to main street but quiet and peaceful.
